When I saw Barack Obama and his family walk onto the stage at Grant Park last night, and I watched his adorable girls waving at the crowd, my mind flashed back to images like this one ...
... and I was overcome with gratitude for how far we've come in this country. I am so proud.One giant step toward unity. It fuels my hope that we can accomplish even more.

It was the best feeling in the world to vote for Obama! It still hasn't hit me that we are starting a new day.
